Terms And Conditions:

• No liability shall be borne for defects or damage to items sent for the "Foam Affairs". Non-liable defects include, but not limited to, shrinkage, discoloration, fading of colors, tears arising from process.

• There will be no guarantee that tough stains will be removed. Tough stains will be removed upon the customer's request on a case to case basis and will be done at their own risk with additional charges.

• Ornamental items and accessories on the clothing items that are liable to be lost during cleaning process should be removed by client prior to deposition. “Foam Affairs” shall not be held responsible for loss of item/s not removed beforehand, laundered or unlaundered.

• All damages to be bore by “Foam Affairs”, if applicable, shall not exceed 10 times the laundry charge.

• All claims shall be notified through our customer service officer within 24 hours after receipt of package.

• All claims to loss of shall be reported within 24hrs after scheduled delivery.

• All packages must be claimed within one month from date of order.
